Meet my twins, the lights of my life :-) They are my inspiration to walk for March of Dimes with a few girlfriends April 28th to raise money for an amazing cause. The mission of March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.

Shea and Mirren were born at 30 weeks weighing just 2Ibs 14oz. After being whisked away at birth - starting life in an incubator, enduring numerous pokes, prods, tests, brain scans, MRI's and painful eye sight exams no newborn should ever have to experience! - they were declared all healthy and we got them home after 5 long weeks in the NICU. We cannot thank the nurses and doctors at Lucile Packard and Sequoia Hospitals for their love, support and remarkable care following their birth.

Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. We were one of the lucky ones, blessed with TWO beautiful healthy babies who's strength, courage and fight never ceased to amaze us.

This is a cause very close to my heart, if you can't walk with us, please help by donating to our team.

Naturally as a photographer, these little people are my most frequent clients, look how much they have grown!! They truly are amazing and as you can see below the best of friends :)
