Kaylie + Chris - Kirsty Edwards is amazing! She met and exceeding all our expectations with professionalism and very kind disposition. I instantly fell in love with her style of shooting and she was so easy to work with, even being located 2.5 hours away from us.

She worked with me from day 1 to ease any concerns with very quick reply. I had requested to see a few samples from weddings she had shot prior to ours, and she sent over 1/2 a dozen for us to view. With each slideshow I cried and truly felt like I was a guest at this strangers wedding. That’s how we knew we absolutely had to have Kirsty as our photographer. Her vision is a perfect mix of beauty shots and photo journalism. Throughout the wedding she kept me calm and collected, and helped keep us to our schedule through the group family photos so we could enjoy the rest of our evening.

We chose the package with a second photographer, and he was just as easy to work with on the day of the wedding.

When Kirsty sent us our edited wedding photos we knew we had made the right choice- 110%! Our families all cried tears of joy while watching our memories, just as I had with her other weddings, but this time it meant so much more. These were our wedding photos, and our memories to share with our children someday.

Sam + Collin - Choosing our photographer was no easy task. When we were looking for photographers for our big day, we looked through dozens of websites and portfolios. There are plenty of good photographers out there, but we didn’t want a good one – we wanted a perfect one, nothing but the best, sheer perfection. We were willing to skimp on other aspects of the wedding if the photos were worth it (luckily, we didn’t end up needing to make a choice). We wanted to have photos that we would be proud to show our children, our grandchildren, our family and friends. We wanted to be able to relive the day through photographs, experience the emotions all over again. Yet even after all of these impossibly high expectations were set, when we saw Kirsty’s photo blog, we were stunned. She appeared to be everything we wanted for our wedding. When you look at her blog, you don’t just see beautiful scenery, or a fancy camera, or cute poses. You feel as if you’re there with the subjects, feeling what they’re feeling, experiencing what they’re experiencing. Her photos tell amazing stories – they are absolutely indescribable.

However, not only is Kirsty a fantastic photographer, an expert in her field, but she is also a wonderful person with whom to work. Most of the time, when you meet someone who is so well-respected and such a professional, a bit of snobbery tends to come with the territory. Not with Kirsty. We enjoyed every minute spent with her, and we would do it all over again if we could. I don’t think we could recommend someone more highly than her.

Lux + Adam - Kirsty is simply the best! She is professional, friendly, and SO easy to work with. We first met at a fashion show where she took exquisite photos and this April she photographed my wedding. She was calm and fun during the getting ready shots, which is very important when nerves are running high. She took a ton of ‘just us’ photos before the ceremony and reception so we would be able to enjoy the dancing.

She has such a great eye, every picture turned out wonderfully! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for better photos, she captured every mood and moment perfectly, we’ll cherish these memories forever. Thank you Kirsty!!

Stephanie + Adam (Engagement Session) - What a ludicrously fun and madcap afternoon. Stephanie and I might have brought the costume box vomitus (and our happy playful mugs) but Kirsty, you phenomonally orchestrated the ballet that ignited our lunacy, passion, playfulness, laughter and spirit. In sniffing out a path we had never explored before on our previous trips to Costanoa, having the eye to usher us into briar patches concealing spots of photographic gold, and chasing the light all over the ranch until the sliver of a waxing moon, shot the sensor, subjects and shooter packing for the high ground of a just-in-time Peruvian meal on the coast....Kirsty brought out our inner A Game, and evidenced her own.
